    Really friendly & lovely staff. A few things we wanted (California roll & others) were out of stock, so we ended up with very similar fillings with our sushi choices- would’ve liked more variety. Delicious nonetheless. Would recommend the spicy edamame, and squid for starters / side dishes. Found the drinks / bubble tea options limited - but okay overall. The restaurant is clean, and nicely decorated. Staff were kind enough to allow my friend to pray in store and even turned off the music for her. Would go back for the sushi as it was simply delicious.

    It was a toss between Wagamama or a small local business - we chose SushiBox in Batley and they did not disappoint!We chose bao buns with fries (Katsu chicken and also pulled beef) and teriyaki salmon and rice. The rice was sticky and glorious - it all was lovely. My teenage daughters who are into anime were in heaven and want to go back.

    Even after more than a year, Sushi Box Batley continues to impress with its consistently high standards.Though the restaurant is small, it serves up delicious Japanese cuisine. The sushi is made fresh, and the salt and pepper chips are absolutely to die for. I also tried the noodles and wings, both of which were perfectly seasoned. Prices are reasonable, especially given the generous portion sizes. Definitely recommend!Also, huge shoutout to Aica for her menu recommendations and for being so efficient with our order!

    The food was really nice. Fantastic portion amd freshly made every time. The calamari was good but would prefer thicker pieces rather than skinny ones. The chicken bao bun was good - needed a bit more sauce and just a bit less bread but overall tasty.Purchased the dynamite roll and the eruption roll - these were nicely presented and tasted really fresh. Would need to try the remaining sushi to see where I stand but for now it's ./ for the sushi I did have. Will come and try others and update soon!
